Privacy & cookies

Insight Energy Renewables Ltd (company number 13255150) is the data controller for information collected on this website. This page is a placeholder for the policy agreed at content sign-off; it describes what the site does today.

What we collect

When you request a price, a survey or a consultation we collect the details you give us (name, phone, email, postcode, your package choices and, if you use the roof check, the roof data returned for your postcode) so we can respond. We keep enquiries for 24 months unless you become a customer.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are emailed to our team and stored in our CRM (HubSpot). The roof check sends your postcode's coordinates to Google's Solar API. We don't sell your data.

Cookies

We use one functional cookie to remember whether you chose the home or business side of the site. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected].
