How many solar panels do I need?

Most three-bed homes in Suffolk use around 3,500 to 4,500 kWh of electricity a year. Ten 450 W panels on a south-facing roof generate about 4,000 kWh, so that's a sensible starting point.
The real answer comes from your roof: its direction, pitch, shading and how much of it is usable. Our Fix my price tool checks that for you from Google's aerial data in about a second.
